Project Overview:
BiLMARUF was tasked with managing a luxury wedding at one of Dubai’s most iconic venues, The Ritz-Carlton. The couple desired a wedding that blended modern elegance with traditional elements, reflective of both their cultures and the grandeur of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Venue Selection:

Venue: The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai – An ideal choice for its stunning beachfront views and opulent ballrooms.
We handled all the negotiations and arrangements with the venue, ensuring the ballroom was transformed into a dream setting for the couple.
Theme & Design:

Theme: Classic Elegance with a touch of Middle Eastern grandeur.
Color Scheme: Blush pink, ivory, and gold accents to create a romantic, regal atmosphere.
Custom-designed décor included crystal chandeliers, gold accents, and floral installations to elevate the venue’s aesthetic.

Floral Design:
Partnered with Bliss Flowers Dubai to create exquisite floral arrangements.
Bridal Bouquet: A mix of peonies, roses, and orchids in soft blush tones.
Floral Centerpieces: Tall arrangements with cascading white orchids and roses, perfectly matching the elegant theme.
Stage Floral Arch: An elaborate floral arch with gold accents, serving as the focal point for the wedding ceremony.

Stage & Lighting:
Collaborated with The Purple Chair to design a stunning stage for the couple.
The stage featured luxurious drapes, a gold throne-style seating arrangement for the bride and groom, and LED uplighting to enhance the ambiance.
Special lighting effects, including soft, romantic lighting and fairy lights, added to the magical atmosphere.

Photography & Videography:
Partnered with Goldfish Photography and Video for the entire wedding, including pre-wedding shoots at iconic Dubai locations like the Burj Khalifa and desert dunes.
Drone Videography was incorporated to capture aerial shots of the beachside ceremony.
The photography style was a mix of documentary and fine art, capturing both candid moments and glamorous portraits.

Catering:
The wedding menu featured an international selection, blending Arabic and Western cuisine.
Caterer: The Ritz-Carlton in-house catering team.
A custom wedding cake was designed to match the floral theme, featuring intricate sugar flowers.

Entertainment:
A live band from London was flown in to perform a blend of international and traditional Arabic music. A DJ took over for the late-night party, keeping the guests entertained until the early hours.
Special Act: A firework displays on the beach concluded the event, offering a stunning visual experience for all the guests.

Guest Management & Accommodation:
Managed guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements, ensuring a seamless flow of the event.
Reserved suites for VIP guests at The Ritz-Carlton, with private transportation arranged for key family members.

Outcome:
The wedding was a grand success, with the couple and their guests highly appreciative of the detailed planning and seamless execution. The blend of cultural elements, luxury, and a personal touch made this event a standout in BiLMARUF's portfolio.
